This young couple from the UK wanted to do something special and different: they are antique lovers, and dreamt of a countryside wedding with a touch of vintage bohemian style. We love this type of theme, so we began the planning process and proposed a number of solutions, including a floral arrangement with a mix of flowers and fruits.
Then the groom came to us with a request: he wanted to drive off in a classic Italian car, and specifically an Alfa Romeo Duetto.
The Brief
Now, it isn’t hard to find antique and classic cars for rent, but they are usually provided with a driver.
No rental company is willing to leave one of their prized jewels in the hands of stranger… especially if this stranger is used to driving on the other side of the road!
So we made about 100 phone calls, and finally found a generous (and romantic) car collector who agreed to rent his stunning Duetto for this lovely couple.
Kim & Hugh drove happily ever after.
