The brief

Carolina and Navneet brought their loved ones together in the stunning Tuscan countryside, between Florence and Siena, for a wedding that perfectly blended traditions and cultures.

They chose Villa Stomennano, a charming historic villa celebrated for its serene countryside atmosphere, complete with geese wandering its Italian-style gardens adorned with statues and ponds.

The couple fell in love with the venue’s uninterrupted views, which provided a breathtaking backdrop for their ceremony, and the enchanting woodland behind the villa, where they hosted a romantic dinner beneath the trees.

The villa’s ability to accommodate nearly half of their guests for three days made it an ideal choice. Rooted in their English upbringing, Carolina and Navneet opted for a traditional Western wedding with a heartfelt blessing ceremony. At the same time, they honored their Indian heritage by weaving in meaningful cultural touches. From the bride’s intricate henna designs to Indian caterers, sweets as favors, a sitar player, and an energetic bhangra section during the reception, these elements added vibrancy and uniqueness to the celebration.

The mix of Indian influences and disco hits kept nearly everyone on the dance floor, participating in dance-offs and enjoying every moment. For Carolina and Navneet, blending traditions from both cultures created a wedding that exceeded their expectations, embodying the best of both worlds.
